This existing residential building was clad with a brick facade that was partially removed in a phased effort to sheath the building in a new panel system. 

The panel system specified is manufactured from a 1/8" aluminum sheet that is brake formed and painted.

A white painted finish has been applied to these panels that are fastened to a galvanized steel substructure.

Substructure framing of the system is thermally isolated from the exisiting concrete block with the use of ISO- Clips, and insulated with a 6" mineral wool insulation. 

We have also removed and replaced a series of patio doors and will be installing juliet balcony rails.
