The Killam Head Office has been a phased project over the last year. Last summer we constructed new windows from Kawneer's 451T Series framing to outfit the west facade with new window frames.

This summer we have started the process of recladding the exterior. The design consists of composite aluminum panels, in combination with corrugated metal siding abridging the gap between existing windows.

We will also be removing and replacing the windows on the north elevation prior to our panel installation. Those windows will be framed with Alumicor's 2200 series material and glazed with Sillker Glass complete with Energy Select 28 Low E.

The composite aluminum and siding materials will be pure white paint, whilst the window framing material is a dark bronze anodized. Canopy constructions will be cladded with a charcoal composite aluminum, and the North West corner will be outfitted with four large feature panels that will later be wrapped with vinyl by others to recreate Killam's branding.
