Lock Suites is a multi-unit residential tower in Halifax's South End. 

Alumitech has been contracted to outfit the building with storefronts, balcony frames and penthouse curtain walls along with composite aluminum cladding that will be tastefully integrated with the surrounding textures and finishes. 

We have selected Kawneer's 1620 Series to frame all window and curtain wall sections. Glazed within, will be sealed unit thermopanes complete with high performance Low E coatings.

The composite aluminum cladding will feature a combination of bronze finish for the main body of the facades, with simulated wood grain finish making up the returns and alcoves of projected features. 

In addition to our glazing and cladding contract, we will also supply and install a series of mechanical louvre walls for ventilation of ulitiy spaces.
